Medicaid is a program funded by the federal and state governments, which pays for medical care for those who can't afford it. Your local DSHS Community Service Office (CSO) can provide you with details about these services and how to apply for them.

Our Medical Assistance Customer Service (1-800-562-3022) telephone hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays and 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday through Friday.  Many client questions can be answered quickly at any time of day through interactive telephone features or on the Internet. We are a non-profit, primarily volunteer organization working with pharmaceutical companies and local hospitals to meet the healthcare needs of low and no-income families in Orange County, California. In order to qualify to become a patient and receive free services, proof of income and a lack of insurance must be provided.

We are a bilingual, English and Spanish speaking health clinic.

The mission of the Hands of Hope Clinic is to provide free medical care, dental care and medications to low income, uninsured residents of Henry County, Georgia. Hands of Hope Clinic exists to provide compassionate, quality health care for every eligible patient who enters our doors.

Our patients are friends, family and neighbors in our community. Because unexpected illnesses and accidents happen every day, now there's hope for the mother experiencing flu-like symptoms and someone with depression can finally receive medical treatment. Even the elderly lady down the street can get her medications.

Clinica Sierra Vista's Homeless Healthcare and Mobile Health Services were created to overcome barriers to access by delivering medical and social services directly to those in need. Medical services are provided to homeless adults and children at our Homeless Clinic. Homeless medical patients must have a written referral from a provider or staff member in order to receive no-cost dental and medical care.

Medical, Dental, Optical, Chiropractic

The clinic at Denver Rescue Mission/Lawrence Street (DRML) works with volunteer service providers to offer medical, dental, optical, chiropractic, and referral services to the needy.

Over 200 individual clients visit the clinic each month. Clients include New Life Program residents from The Crossing, Harvest Farm, and Champa House, as well as homeless and indigent people who might otherwise not receive care.

Shelter is available at the Denver Rescue Mission to but not in the clinics.
